Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lead Oracle AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lead Oracle AI provides insights and analytics through integration with Google Search Console via OAuth, and manages Google Business Profile (GBP), reporting, and map pack tracking. The Service also supports agencies connecting Facebook Business Manager to create and manage Instagram and Facebook posts on behalf of clients and to pull metrics and analytics for those page posts. The Service is intended to support search performance analysis, social media management, and reporting.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OAuth and connected-account credentials (including Google and Facebook Business Manager). Unauthorized access to your accounts or misuse of the Service is strictly prohibited. When connecting Facebook Business Manager, you represent that you have authority to manage the associated Pages and Instagram accounts and to create posts and pull metrics on behalf of the business or client.
5. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Resell or redistribute any part of the Service
- Access or attempt to access the accounts of other users
- Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
All content and technology used in the Service are the property of Lead Oracle AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
8.1 Description of SMS Use Cases
By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages related to: account notifications and alerts, service updates and announcements, appointment reminders, promotional offers and marketing communications, and customer support responses. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
8.2 Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us. You may also opt out by contacting us at norman@leadoracle.ai or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings.
8.3 Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile carrier and plan, you may be charged for each text message sent or received. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
8.4 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered or received in a timely manner. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other carriers are not responsible for any SMS messaging services provided by Lead Oracle AI.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Oracle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Google Business Profile; No Liability for Suspension
We have no legal obligation or liability to you if your Google Business Profile (GBP) or any other third-party account or listing is suspended, restricted, or removed—including due to malpractice, misuse of our software, violation of Google's or any third party's policies, or otherwise—arising from or related to your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable platform policies and laws.
13. Facebook Business Manager, Instagram & Facebook; No Liability
Agencies and users who connect Facebook Business Manager to the Service may use it to create and publish Instagram and Facebook posts and to pull metrics and analytics for connected Pages and posts. We have no legal obligation or liability to you if any Facebook or Instagram account, Page, Business Manager asset, or content is suspended, restricted, or removed—including due to violation of Meta's policies, misuse of our software, or otherwise—arising from or related to your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for complying with Meta's terms, policies, and advertising standards and for ensuring you have proper authority to manage and post on behalf of the relevant Pages and accounts.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Oracle AI from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
15. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the revised Terms on our website with a new effective date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
