Enable Citations

Citations is a managed business-listing add-on ($25/mo per location) that publishes your business across 50+ directories and keeps every listing in sync with your Google Business Profile. Before you start

Connect your Google Business Profile first. It isn't strictly required, but it pre-fills your business details and becomes the source of truth that keeps every listing accurate. If you haven't connected it yet, follow Google Business Profile Access first.

Turn Citations on

  1. In Lead Oracle AI, open the page for the company (location) you want to enable Citations for.
  2. Open the Citations tab.
  3. Toggle Citations on for that location. It's added to your existing plan at $25/mo per location, prorated for the rest of the current cycle. (You can toggle it off again anytime.)
  4. Review the business details we pre-fill from your Google Business Profile (name, address, phone, website, email, category, description) and confirm they're correct.

What happens next

  • We start publishing your listing across the 50+ directory networks.
  • Each listing appears on your accuracy dashboard as Live, In Progress, or Needs Attention, with an overall Listing Accuracy percentage.
  • Listings re-sync daily and immediately whenever your GBP name, address, phone, or website changes — or run Sync All to push updates now.
