White Label SEO Reporting: 8 Tools and What They Cost (2026)

White-label SEO reporting tools pull rankings, traffic and Google Business Profile data into reports that carry your agency's logo, colours and often your own domain, so clients never see the vendor's name. Prices below come from each vendor's own pricing page, checked October 30, 2026.

Lead Oracle AI is our product. It's a GBP management platform whose plan includes white-labeled weekly reports, not a stand-alone reporting tool, so compare it with the others only if you also want posting and optimization done for you.

Three more tools publish prices, but only in euros for the region we checked from, so they aren't in the table: Whatagraph (Max plan from €699/month, billed annually), SE Ranking (Agency Pack add-on for white label, listed at €59/month on its pricing page and $69/month on its white-label page) and Swydo (from €62/month for 10 data sources on annual billing, white label included).

What 10 Clients Costs

Monthly cost for 10 clients on annual billing, from the published prices above:

Tool10 clientsHow it's calculated
AgencyAnalytics$200/mo10 × $20 per client
DashThis Professional$139/moPlan covers 10 dashboards
Reportzabout $80/mo10 × $8 per dashboard, slightly less with volume
Databox Agency + white label$279/mo plus account packs$79 + $200 add-on; account packs $20 each
Lead Oracle AI$590/mo10 locations × $59, includes GBP management

Reporting-only tools are cheaper per client. The extra cost of Lead Oracle AI pays for the work that produces the numbers in the report (autopilot GBP posting, AI recommendations and AI search optimization), not for the report.

How to Choose

  • You report on many channels (ads, social, SEO): AgencyAnalytics or DashThis. Both connect dozens of sources, and both include custom domains.
  • You want the lowest cost per client: Reportz at $8 per dashboard on yearly billing, or Looker Studio if you can do without white label and native GBP data.
  • Your clients are local businesses: BrightLocal or Lead Oracle AI, because both read Google Business Profile data natively and show map-pack rankings by location. BrightLocal is cheaper per location; Lead Oracle AI also does the GBP work.
  • You already pay for Semrush: the $20/month Pro Report add-on is the cheapest way to white-label what you have, but local data needs Semrush Local on top.

What a Client SEO Report Should Show

  1. Visibility: Google Search Console clicks and impressions, plus map-pack position for the client's main keywords. For local clients, a geo-grid shows how ranking changes across the service area.
  2. Google Business Profile actions: calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile, month over month.
  3. Reviews: new reviews, average rating and response rate.
  4. Work done: posts published, reviews answered, profile fields updated.
  5. Next month's plan: one or two actions, so the report leads to the next conversation rather than ending it.

Things to Check Before You Buy

  • Pricing unit. Per client, per dashboard, per data source and per location give very different totals at 10 or 50 clients. Work out your own number before comparing.
  • Custom domain. Most tools include it, but BrightLocal's own page contradicts itself on custom-domain hosting, and Whatagraph puts it on its top plan.
  • GBP data. An integration that pulls profile insights isn't the same as native map-pack tracking. Among the tools above, BrightLocal (geo-grid on every plan) and Lead Oracle AI (local heatmap tracking) track map-pack rankings by location; the others' pages don't mention a geo-grid.
  • Annual vs monthly. AgencyAnalytics' published $20 is the annual rate; DashThis, BrightLocal, Databox and Semrush all charge more month to month.
