Errors & fixes

Resolve specific error messages and connection issues.

Use this guide to quickly diagnose common issues and apply the right fix.

1) "Google account disconnected"

Why: OAuth token expired or account permissions changed.

Fix: Go to Settings -> Integrations -> Google Business Profile -> Reconnect.

If it still fails: Reconnect with an Owner-level GBP account.

2) "Reviews not syncing"

Why: Sync delay or disconnected GBP location.

Fix: Check location is linked, then click Sync now and wait 2-5 min.

Still broken: Verify account has access to that location in GBP.

3) "Post failed to publish"

Why: Content rejected (phone number, URL, policy issue).

Fix: Remove links/phone numbers, shorten text, try a new image, republish.

4) "Payment failed / subscription inactive"

Why: Card declined or billing issue in Stripe.

Fix: Update payment method in Billing, then retry payment.

Still inactive: Contact support with invoice ID.

5) "Upload failed"

Why: Unsupported file type or file too large.

Fix: Use JPG/PNG, reduce size, and retry on stable internet.
